We had a mixed experience at the resort. The spacious rooms and good playground for kids were definite positives. However, parking was challenging and the service from some staff members could have been more welcoming. Overall, while there were enjoyable aspects, I felt the stay didn't quite meet the expectations we had based on past experiences.
