We had a mixed experience at the resort. The spacious rooms and good playground for kids were definite positives. However, parking was challenging and the service from some staff members could have been more welcoming. We had an amazing family getaway at the RACV Gold Fields, where the spacious and clean rooms exceeded our expectations. Breakfast had a great variety, although the pancake-making process could use some improvement to reduce queues. The service was exceptional, and the amenities catered perfectly for families.
